I have been coming here for two years and I would say the inside staff are the most amazing amazing people ever but there is a big disconnect between the main Dr and the rest of the people. It should not take two to three business days to get medication from medication refills. I feel like majority of the time I have to stay on top of my medication more than they do. I’m currently right now still waiting for a medication refill and I went the day before. When they tell the doctor, you know why but you don’t get any timeframe of when you’re actually going to get your medicine. It’s so sad. The staff is so amazing. Amazing. I came here a couple months ago and it was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. After waiting almost 2 hours, they completely forgot about me and started closing. I heard the receptionist close the window and say to another employee “If anyone knocks just ignore it” so I went up to the window to talk to them. One of the girls kept saying they’d already seen me but no one had called my name yet. After figuring out who I was, the receptionist then turned to everyone in the office and said “WHO WANTS THE PATIENT?! WHO’S TAKING HER?! WHO WANTS THE PATIENT?!” After seeing the doctor, the receptionist tried to schedule me for another appt, but I didn’t want to so I said I’m not sure when I’m available I’ll call back if I need one, and she said “You don’t know your own schedule?” All in all, the doctor was great, but the ladies at the front desk made that a horrible experience and I was incredibly uncomfortable.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
